Ordering

All prices shown in our webshop include VAT and you will receive a VAT invoice in your name upon purchase. You can also buy all items through our user-friendly shop and pay safely via iDEAL, credit card (CC), Paypal, Afterpay Digital Invoice, Klarna, or advance payment by bank transfer.

How to order through our website?

You may place your order online via our website; unfortunately, we cannot accept orders by phone.

You place your order online by adding a product to your online shopping cart. Once you have added the desired item, you may check out by clicking the order button. You will then go to the checkout, where you enter your details so we can send your order to you. Next, you indicate which carrier you wish to use (choose from the available options) and then select your payment method. After you have checked your details, you place the order. Thank you in advance for your order!

Order before 5:00 PM, delivered tomorrow*

When you place an order, many products ordered before 5:00 PM will be delivered the next day. This means we strive to send the product immediately. Please check if this applies to your product by looking at the green bar above the product photo and checking the delivery times tab per product.

During busy holidays, it may happen that we send your order, but the carrier cannot handle the volume and your order may not be delivered on time at the desired moment.

Confirmation email

When we receive your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email. If you proceed to purchase one or more items, you have the option to create an account on our site (this is not necessary). With this account, you can follow the current order status and also view past orders.

Product (temporarily) out of stock

If a product is not in stock (temporarily or otherwise), we will inform you by email about the options regarding your placed order.

Shipping

Standard shipping (and returns) is free for orders of €99 and above and is handled by PostNL (including delivery options). For orders under €99, we charge €7.95 shipping costs to our customers. We will send you the track & trace number by email on the day of shipment so you can follow the shipment via the carrier’s website. Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be delivered the next working day (or on Saturday via PostNL). Also check the exact delivery time of the product on the respective product page.

If a first delivery attempt fails, a second attempt will be made. If this also fails, your order will be delivered to a so-called collection point, for example at a supermarket or hardware store near you.

Ordering without VAT from within the EU

NOTE: for customers who make a business purchase and are established outside the Netherlands but within the EU (for example from Belgium), it is possible to deliver without VAT (intra-community).
