Product Reviews on IPcam-shop.nl

Leaving a Review

The product reviews on IPcam-shop.nl are left by customers on our website. We offer this option to show the customer experience with the product as transparently as possible. We use the standard built-in review feature included in our webshop platform for this.

As soon as a customer visits our product pages, there is an option under each product to go to the reviews tab and click on Write a Review. Then the option is provided to rate several characteristics of the product as well as the level of satisfaction with the shipping and customer service.

The following characteristics and service are involved:

• Price
• Customer service
• Shipping

Below that, the visitor has the opportunity to describe their experience in their own words.

Authenticity of Product Reviews

To guarantee the authenticity of the reviews, only customers with an Account are allowed to create a review. Additionally, both Negative and Positive reviews are posted on the website. This way, we can ensure that the reviews are genuine. No paid reviews are offered on our website.

Moderation of Product Reviews

After a product review is submitted by the customer, it is not automatically published on IPcam-shop.nl, as the review must first be checked. Reviews are checked once a week.

Product reviews will not be published if they are offensive, contain links, or use abusive language.

Company Reviews

Besides product reviews, there is also the option to read or write reviews on Feedbackcompany about IPcam-shop.nl in general. Reviews on this platform are completely outside the moderation of IPcam-shop.nl. We have no influence on the order or display on this platform. However, we do have the option to respond.
